Don't understand discarding Frenzy in last game, would have been an easy win with the card in play imho.

it didnt matter but he also when copied simian thing that gives counters put them on a creature that was gonna disappear instead of one that would stay.
@@dillonoickle5841 He put the counters on the correct creature, all 3 of the other attackers would have gotten blocked unfavourably by the 6/4 with 2 counters on them
I think he did it because he was planning on unearthing and discarding anyway. But yes, it was a super aggressive discard, as he pitched 3 of his top 4 cards in his deck. He was also immediately punished by trading 2 spells for 2 lands which would have let him play both then pitch lands to unearth anyway.

i played against a guy who used 8 destroy creature spells, i feel your pain nummy in that third game. It sucks to draw absolutely nothing but oh well its magic

Honestly after several drafts I've found aggro to be hard to win enough games with considering all the colors have good early removal, sweepers, and a better late game. I've tried mono white, red, and combos of each as aggro decks and only won a few matches before scrubbing out.
i couldnt disagree more. in my last 6 ive 7-x 4 times and 4 or above every time. a big part of it is getting the fliers the shivan devastator, glory bringer, you can get away with 1 6 drop terror of ker ridge or wtvr its called. the pheonix on 4 that becomes a token and reanimates. the story giant that instants as 2 smg and is a 4/3 chandra on 4, lightning bolt. if he had like 2 or 3 of these spells his deck looks imeasurably better. the early game is obviously important but i cant tell you how many games ive won with devastator or glory bringer.
Aggro is a different mind set in cube. You end up passing things like chandra etc (I.E Good cards) for...bad? on colour bears. Now do I agree with nummy not taking chandra.....not really. As id play that over siege gang I think. But you do eat people who want to go tap land-mana rock-hold open counter magic. You just go 1-2-3 dead on 4.

you should definitely stick to your Cube skills and build the most broken deck compared to going aggro in my mind.. it does not hold up to what other multi colour decks can do i think:).. if you don't kill them on turn 4 or 5 its over for mono red. probably mono white also, i see mono green aggro as the way to go perhaps, with great henge, ramp and everything. mono black aggro also perhaps.

@@fpejanovic There's still several formats with no sideboards that function like Bo1, but instead of solutions all the replies recommend playing with out of date rules for almost dead formats. Stupid.

With hasbro planning to quadruple profits, doubling them already and now doubling them again... expect a lot of games in paid formats where you flood or get mana screw, especially if you have a stash of in-game currency. You can win here and there, and go 7 wins on occasion. But to quadruple profits, the company must get players to pay, which means you need to lose more than you win in payed formats. No one gets to go infinite anymore. It's just not profitable for the company, regardless of how well you draft or play. Get tracked by the algorithm, lose to lands, lose your gems, buy more

Commenting as requested. Nummy, I've noticed a trend on your videos where you're convinced of your own brilliance and state absolutes. Such as "OP must have XY or Z card or they loose". Some times it turns out they have something else unexpected or just out play you. I would expect a more open mind from a fellow Seatlleite. Stay humble, expect the unexpected. It will suit you.
