I'm sorry but that's just false, if you can link me to a vid that shows otherwise I will concede, but ITF has always taken responsibility for the account merge, he just was disappointed and lost his will to make TH-cam content. How would you feel if you spent years and years collecting skins, some of which you had to buy phones, tablets and consoles etc. To get and you lose them all for contacting support about a loading screen. It made me not want to use support ever again and I've never even done anything sketchy with my account.
