I suggest to everyone who come here in London you can buy everything india ki sab chij milti hai south London ho ya west east sab kuch milta hai even india mai bahot se chij nahi mil pate yeha you can but yes price is different as compare to INR I came here 5 years ago I got my British passport I didn’t feel different yes in When I was new only something missing or wo tha my friends and family culture have visited many countries Uk and USA have clean and Rule country

You could have selected Germany where MIM (Master is Management) which courses are almost similar to that of MBA, secondly MIM from German public university is entirely free and chances of getting job (proper job in your chosen field) after studies are much higher in Germany than UK. Canada also gives dependent visa to international students spouses
U won't find same taste as India. I felt same when I came here 14years ago.
Try chennai dosa or some South Indian restaurants. There food is nice and spicy. Baki yaha jo fruits , vegetables aur masalay miltay hai they are very different quality. So same toh nahi but similar taste ho sakta hai if u can cook urself.
Asda aur tesco mei Gyoza kar k frozen section mei milta hai. Its similar to momos. But sauce ghar bana layna spicy wali. U might like it. All the best
