I hope many young people see this. ❤ " a proper relationship with our minds". I like how you said that.

This was beautiful, it really was. I was fighting against life for so long, pulling at my past and pushing at my future without knowing it. Now I (feel like) I flow with life, like I'm no longer swimming against the tide but going with the natural rhythm, living in the now and appreciating every little thing - and you've been a huge part of that realisation, you really have. Thanks for sharing such honest thoughts. 🙏

Gosh, this is so wonderful! I can’t tell you how much it fills my heart with joy, hearing you share your story with such passion. 💜You are so blessed to know this flow and deep peace. Thank you for your kind words. 🙏🏻Honestly, all any of us can do is spark the wisdom within one another. We are all just walking each other home…🥰

Every single person should hear this, take it in and live it! We waste so much time fighting with our minds, don’t we? We believe those thoughts, especially when we are young. Aging is such a wonderful thing because all these truths begin to be revealed. My eyes are open, I sit more comfortably in silence now and the truth of life flows through me. God blesses us with new friends who add understanding, a new perspective, or just plain old comfort as we make our way through life. It’s something we all long for, isn’t it… that reassurance that it’s all okay.

Wonderful nuggets of wisdom! It seems I spent most of my life seeking answers outside before I learned to listen to what came to me in stillness (and through journaling). And valuing my spiritual side. I would say to my younger self, stop worrying or trying to control outcomes. Your life is taking you where you need to go. Pay attention to what you're learning and listen to your heart, not to the ramblings of a fearful mind.

@@ThelmaM123 Wonderful advice. 🥰 It really is through stillness that we hear the voice of wisdom, isn’t it? Ah, this is the greatest challenge in today’s world - to be still when so much is demanding our attention. Yet it is the skill that saves us from our disconnected and distracted self. I would love to know more about your journaling journey. 💜

Aliki, I started Journaling many yrs ago with Julia Cameron's method of uncluttering your mind by writing things out. Then it went deeper. I started asking questions and receiving answers from my higher self. Often quite profound. This only works with a surrendered ego, cause you know how it wants to take over.😊
