@@MariaGasca-Reyes. They’re not paying rent or mortgage likely because they sold a home in another country (US maybe) and INVESTED that money in Mexico. They could have taken that money to any country in the world. Gentrification is something that I’ve went through twice as a homeowner in the U.S., in Florida. solo una cosa, si vienen a vivir a México, recuerden que son ustedes quienes se tienen que adaptar a México en su totalidad: su gente y sus costumbres; y no México adaptarse a ustedes.
In Mexico we were able to retire with the money we had. If we’d have stayed in the U.S. we’d have had to work and hustle until we were in the grave.
I'm with you. Thanks for watching

Question, what do we do about medical care, I was born over in TJ but lived my entire life except for two weeks in Los Angeles. I want to retire and live there but I’m afraid to because I’m not familiar with banking, driving, moving my stuff/cars, etc. Can you help with these details? I want to move in next five years or less if possible.
Start doing your research and planning. You got 5-years to get it sorted. Make the decision you're moving here in 5-years and just start the planning.
Yes, Tijuana is just a skip and a hop to the U.S. You can always start doing things slow so that when the time comes it would not be such a drastic change for you. Dont be afraid, Your other home is just across the boarder.. Wish you peace in your search.
Aplicaron para su visa o estan ilegales??
Hola, si viste el video completo... Yo soy Mexicana.

Pueblo mexicano no vendas renta a extranjeros, no vendan. 😊
So can foreigners own property there?
Absolutely.
I swear I know her husband look very familiar
How much?
I think she hints at the price..
what about shipping certain home belongings, is that even possible? Could I bring a rug that I love and curtains that I love? Or is that just stupid? So I just sell everything and pack two suitcases? I am so afraid to stay here. Political climate in the US is terrifying.
Hola, yes. you can bring your things. and there's no stupid question, I suggest you do your homework of what part of Mexico you want to be. you might not need your rugs. Bendiciones.

These people need to be asked for papers like they do in the US, and if they don't have them, they need to be deported.
