“Puramente obsesivo: una historia sobre el TOC” es un mini documental sobre mi experiencia y aprendizaje personal con el trastorno obsesivo compulsivo. La finalidad del vídeo es visibilizar las consecuencias de una mala gestión del TOC en nuestras vidas, mostrar herramientas y conocimientos que puedan ser de ayuda y, en definitiva, abordar el camino hacia la recuperación. Todo ello mientras se intensifica la conciencia social sobre los trastornos mentales, tanto para los afectados y sus familiares, como para el resto de la población.

“Purely obsessive: a story about OCD” is a mini-documentary about my experience and personal learning with the obsessive compulsive disorder. The purpose of the video is to see the consequences of a poor management of OCD in our lives, to show tools and knowledge that can be of help and, in short, to tackle the road to recovery. All while intensifying social awareness both for those affected and their relatives, and for the rest of the population.
