- After being battered by the weather we persist in our adventure off the coast of Kangaroo Island. We ventured back towards American River from Antechamber Bay and found a pristine little bay, Newland Bay, which is just west of American River. I got to jump into the water with some friendly dolphins, found some monster squid, a huge school so salmon, a few whiting and just when we thought the trip was all over we found some tuna on the way home punch back to Cape Javis.

Love the underwater action. Nice 1!
Thanks Matt. Check out the Port Victor Ep#4, some pretty cool underwater action on there too.
@STRAY from reality will do... unfortunately, I'm land based. Was in KI a week or so ago... keep up the great work
great episode brett.
Thanks buddy. Can't wait until the next adventure with you lads
Bloody awesome lads
Nice work fellas! Looks like that tuna would of been one heck of a fish!
It was great fun but that run when the shack hit the tuna was epic. At least he left us half a fish to take home🤣
bit scary to swim maybe got sharks😁 nice having food at the boat😂
I must admit when I was floating around after jumping in with the dolphins I was keen to get back in the boat as I realized where I was in 5m of water. Thanks for watching.
Hey great videos , really enjoying them ..TELL ME PLEASE, did you get that canopy extension made by someone, if so who... looks fantastic 👌
@@Chris-74 thanks for watching Chris and glad you enjoyed. It’s my best mates rig that he got down from Queensland. They run a lot of that style canopy up there. It’s really good to keep the sun of the head during summer and you can fish even when it’s raining and not get wet!
Great trip! Which bay do you guys anchor in at night to sleep? And is it safe leaving your vehicle and trailer in the cape jervis carpark?
@fishinbite - Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed. We love to anchor up out of American River in the bay where there are a couple of holiday homes near the beach line. DM me on my instagram page if you want some more info. As for the car parking we have never had an issue to date but is always on our mines ‘what if something happens while we are gone’? but unfortunately that’s a risk alway taken when spending a few nights on the water.
@@strayfromreality great info cheers! Don't have Instagram unfortunately..
