- The first few clips are from games earlier in the day.. this is how my games were all day, just a super irritating day of Overwatch lol. To be clear, this is not bashing on mercy mains, so don't make hating on them your personality in the comment section, please :) It was the irony of them playing Mercy, arguably one of the worst, if not the worst support in season 9, while moira is literally meta and them trying to tell me she's bad lmao

There is no way that is a diamond Mercy. Poor positioning. Almost non existent Mercy tech. It looked bronze 1 at absolute best
their mercy ga or the movement itself is stiff. Sometimes i hate mercy mains (not all mercy mains but based on exp and friends exp) because they are so entitled and they would blame someone for their deaths or for their stupidity. I dont think that mercy is diamond level they were prolly boosted.

Mercy saying Moira was the problem blew my mind, also saying she’s bad when mercy is in a worse condition than Moira. I wouldn’t say Moira is top, but she’s a good pick. I think I’ve played with Rose before in GM and she did not impress anyone let alone make a standout performance. She is either boosted from all the support buffs or gets carried by friends because delusion is real. NOW that support is nerfed a bit, this really shows where support players really belong.

I had multiple games as Moira where my team would blame me for losing even though I had the same, if not more, healing than our other support and the opponent's support as well. Along with also having high damage, sometimes surpassing the damage & tank output. 😂
Some people are just so bad, that they have to blame others for their shortcomings, lmao.
I had more healing than our Mercy, less deaths, but my damage was almost as high as my healing so that means I'm a DPS Moira and have to heal more. They dared to scream at me to "learn to heal more." Then they invited me to join their group and I quit comp for the day lol

Moira is one of my fav supports lmfao I think she works in almost every comp. I literally love her esp against Genji's
She’s horrible to run with dive and just not a good support with her lack of utility. But I agree she’s fun to play and decent if you’re playing with a more defensive team :)

Idk how it is to play on PC cuz I have console, but like I hold GA to slingshot to a spot away from the team and as long as that button is held, she slings back to the teammate and I feel like it’s a corkscrew kinda movement when you turn around in the air so your back isn’t facing whoever’s diving you, but I play when I’m 🍃😂
Same for 5:22, it’s risky but they could have GA’d over reaper to Hog cuz like if you’re gonna die then that risk doesn’t matter 😅
But that Mercy as Diamond/GM is kinda depressing.
There are better Mercy players in Silver.

If I was you, I wouldn't of switched off Moira just because Mercy didn't know how to position. It was the Mercy's fault, not yours. She just wanted to take her frustration out on you.
i know when i go over 10k heals in moira and we still losing its time to go backline because ya genji will die and complain but maybe i can get a dumb kiriko and zen/ana and we push something instead of everyone backing up healthy or waiting outside flashpoint
also i think she said nvm bc she wanted you to sleep the Dva chasing her into the room (u end up getting genji) but yeah i'm surprised she made it to diamond with no super jumps
Yesterday 2 matches in a row my team was screaming for heals like spamming it 10 times in a row and the 1st natch I had 10k heals and the 2nd one I had 17k both as moira like WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT FROM ME😊
I’m fairly new to ow2 so I don’t know if it’s obvious but clearly they use the grand master role name tag because you can just feel the overwhelming narcissistic entitlement. The fact so many in this community think they get to dictate how others play it is delulu. Ppl don’t even do this in R6 and I thought we had pretty toxic community

@@Emiliathh Yeah their I peaked GM argument is a bit nuts. When support was overpowered many people who aren't really GM got the title, it's gone to their heads.

Unfortunately this is the gameplay of like every single mercy who has egos like this. Like their gameplay ALWAYS suck.
As much as I love mercy as I have been playing her since forever ( started in 2019 ) in season 9 I often find myself not ablt to dmg boost and healbotting. Mercy's healing is not enough in my opinion to support seaon 9 dmg output, it feels really bad playing her rn

I think Moira gets so much hate cuz her play style literally makes healbotting impossible. People want you to pump them with heals to make up for their poor positioning and because Moira is unable to do that they hate her. And when you show, she is more than capable of standing on equal footing with dps while out healing supports, your other support jumps on the Moira hate bandwagon to avoid getting flammed
Tbhhh Moira is just not a good support tho😭 almost every support has utility or something useful they can give to the team.. expect her. She’s not HORRIBLE but she is def not as good as Moira mains make her out to be.
As a moira main with a skill issue
Moira is significantly easier to learn then mercy, has easier mechanics then mercy, and dose more damage that isn’t dependent upon your teammates ability to shoot. Even res isn’t to good because the cooldown is so long and also takes ages to come through
Also Moira can heal and do damage at the same time
Preach beside mercy the rev mercy seems like it’s a 4 vs 5 at times

I was saying we need like 2-3 perma avoid slots that never clear on top of the ones we get. I had a pharah one trick avoided in Overwatch 1 that I had to reavoid all the time because I got them in my games so often lmao
I never get why ppl hate mercy one tricks though
@@dankdillyas much as I am a mercy main, she’s just not the way to go in certain situations + why are you playing comp yet you can only play one character? It’s more of being a team player rather than hating on the specific character

I have to say there are certain maps where mercy is a lot better than moira but my team will get so mad and tell me i need to play her. Like paraiso defense mercy is way better and it was so funny because both dps jumped behind the first point critical needing heals and im just thinking " this is why mercy is way better on this map!" The main problem with mercy right now is that teams are just usually too uncoordinated or bad to play mercy because nobody will kill anything even with damage boost and she kinda needs a heal buff to carry better in my opinion. Moira feels way better right now but i kinda blame matchmaking.
All that just to say you want to go back to healbotting...
the main problem with mercy is not what u said its the fact that u cant use dmg boost (her main form of utility) as much as before, because people need more healing and since she doesn't really do dmg since DB does that for her people just heal bot now. thats why moira and others like zen are better bc moira can deal dmg and heal AND survive. theres a huge dive meta going on rn and its hard to survive as mercy if u just have a tracer and dva constantly going after you. mercy is mainly a niche pick rn. moira is better rn not bc of matchmaking but bc of the game's meta rn.
It literally all depends on the skill of the player. I would rather be running mercy into dive than moira right now due to more movement options with mercy @@shukri975

Not true lmaoo, she’s one of the hardest to rank up in esp in low elo so if a mercy got to high elo solo queuing it came with work
@@simore826 Nope, my friend is GM1/Top 500. He sees boosted Mercy’s there all the time. Legit healbots the tank. Ignores using damage boost on the DPS. Won’t heal the DPS. So yeah, no. The rare people like Hoshi is the exception.
