After that, I make a to-do list that I gonna do in the morning, then I do some basic exercises. Next, I brush my teeth, have a mild breakfast, and do other daily routines like skincare. Hello, especially in the morning on weekdays, I wake up around 6:30, then clean my face and teeth and use a toner pad for skin care. Then, I meditate or pray for about 15 minutes. Then I make tea and prepare a lunch box for work by having breakfast. Then, I have a shower, wear makeup, and leave the house for work by car.
Today i learn that we must've a time for our families and if we were passing across any issue they would suggest for us solutions for what we suppose to do and it reduce the burnout as a brief they cheer us up, so that can made us better and increase our energy also give an inspirement 💖
