I think you can check with your university regarding international students admissions. But Taiwan recently opened its borders for students to come in from abroad 🙂
@@hart_priscilla Unfortunately exchange student visa are not allowed yet, but I still hope it will change, and I'll get to Taiwan next semester :)

I am an Indian student and I want to pursue bachelor degree course in computer science in National Taiwan University....can you please tell me that if i need to sit for any entrance exam before being admitted and do i have to learn Chinese before coming to Taiwan?
Hi! For international students, i don’t think you need to take an entrance exam. It is very recommended that you learn at least Basic Chinese before coming here ☺️

You can try National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) for Political Science. For International Relations, you can try National Cheng Chi University (NCCU) 😊

Valentino Tan Hi Valen ☺️ I graduated from economics this year.. menurut aku know some basic mandarin akan sangat membantu banget untuk kamu survive sih (mis: dlm hal beli makanan, nanya arah jalan kemana, dll). Tapi kalau kamu nanyanya lebih ke arah pelajaran gitu.. to me it’s fine kalo mandarin kamu pas2an karena sebenernya org yg mandarinnya uda jago pun bakal hrs tetep bljr lagi 🤪 bcs bljr mandarin itu ga akan pernah ada habisnya haha 😆 Tiap jurusan itu punya kosakata tersendiri yg hrs kita pelajari karena itu jarang banget kita denger di percakapan sehari-hari. So kalau kamu emang niat dan pengen datang ke taiwan untuk kuliah, mandarin yg pas2an tdk akan menjadi halangan bagimu untuk menuntut ilmu 😉 semoga membantu 🙏

Valentino Tan Of course! Setiap murid hrs ambil kelas mandarin sesuai dgn level masing-masing.. Kalau kamu nnya courses, ini tergantung dr kita sendiri apakah berani untuk ngambil kelas berbahasa mandarin atau lebih prefer ngambil kelas pakai bahasa inggris 😁 dan ada bbrp course yg emang cuman dibuka dlm bahasa mandarin doang so mau ga mau ya kamu hrs ambil kelas itu deh.. 🤓 Belajar mandarin dlm sehari-sehari mah pasti bangett, soalnya kan kita tiap hari pasti ada interaksi sama temen-temen taiwan.. So mandarinnya pasti akan improve! 😉
