only Maharashtra s three to four districts are producing grapes in India and supplying to whole India as well as top quality s are exporting,as far as watermelon we get here 10 to 15 rs per kg
but this is off season that why costly. while considering grapes rate you have to include truck freight from Maharashtra to Delhi which is almost 1300km.
In short grapes farmer are getting Rs.25 to Rs.30per kg
Mushqil se 5% indians bhi box nhi le paate honge
