A cute little chateau and a well edited video. Nice! I'd increase the wall height, personally. Also using slabs for floors/ceilings in the tower will give you some headroom and keep it from feeling so claustrophobic.

9:05 For Bedrock Edition players, instead of using trapdoors at the centre (because it can't place lanterns), use slabs as a substitute
