Thank you Julie. I just love staying active. Gave up my EE career direction when I realized it was going to kill me at a tender age. Now I do as many as 300 pushups per day as well as many other exercises and I find it makes every job or chore so much easier. I implore everyone to stay in shape. Look into intermittent fasting for amazing health benefits.
@@fiskfarm We fast 30 days at a time and then eat 2 times a day for a month before starting again. We love it! My grandfather is 91 and still drives and chops wood. Kids these days have no clue and wouldn't survive loosing electricity for more than a week. Keep doing what you do! You're awesome!
