I followed the “No contact” rules and after 3 months my ex reach out to me by saying that she misses me, she called me twice I picked it the second time, she told me that her heart hurts and Why didn’t I reached out to her, she wanna me to apologize to her, if I did so she won’t be heart broken and I said okay, then I apologize and we chat for few minutes then suddenly she start bitchy and drop the call, I called her today but she’s was still disrespectful, I said bye. I stopped talking to my ex for 21days then suddenly I texted him normally trying not to talk about the relationship but he brought it up. Coach Alex. I have gone through so many videos on how to be that somebody who can get their ex back... I would give everything and anything just to recover what I lost and what he stomped on... If I can't go along with no contact, your strategy seems more fitting to my needs as well as I'm willing to attempt to follow. He's been mixed-signaling me on and off. Acts like an asshole cuz he feels I deserves it and knows I want him back. I just wonder if I have to pretend to have the "Best friend" role until I actually start to believe and feel good about myself during this attempt. Hello Alex, I recently got my ex back for maybe 3 weeks. She came back and we chose to continue our relationship and side note we were actually engaged and we have known each over 10 years also we had several rough break ups and somewhat toxic. Anyway she wanted to jump right back in the relationship strong and I wanted to take it slow. I love her so I gave in, took her out for her birthday and we actually had a terrific time. Weeks following she became distant. I then brought up the elephant in the room and she finally told me shes not ready and doesn't want to be together and not sure if we will be. I understand she still needs to heal but she went as far as to say I can date other females. I asked her do you want to see other ppl and she claims she doesn't. She claims she wants to focus on herself but she implies that we may not end up together and wanted to still be friends in a way but I myself am not ready for that. Side note she walked out on me like this several times and it hurts everytime because the minute I think we good she flees. It's been a few weeks and I haven't contacted her just giving time. Me and my ex always say "I love you" when we talk. Thats really important to me, because I never want my last conversation with someone I love to not have said I love you. Meaning if someone I love died tomorrow and I didn't tell them that I love them when we last spoke, that would internally kill me. So I say it to my ex because I love her and I want her to know that and I don't want that to be our last conversation and me not have said it. BUT recently she flip flops on whether or not she says it back. Seems like sometimes she says it first, sometimes she seems happy to say it, and then sometimes it feels like I have to force her to say it back. ITs so confusing because I feel in my heart that she loves me, she shows it by calling me just to talk, calling me by our silly nicknames for each other, but then I get confused when she wont say it. Hummm I totally get that saying I love you is very important to you. It's so important to me too. In my opinion try to focus more on her actions. Does she show you that she loves you? Sometimes actions is better then words in my opinion. I made the mistake by telling my ex bf that I still love him. He didn't say it back because I hurt him. Is ok because I know that I'm being true to my feelings but I've learned that keeping your feelings to yourself is better to prevent heart breaks. My advice to you is look at her actions and see if she truly loves you and it sounds like she does!!!
I’m in the same situation. Honestly I stopped saying it just because it made her uncomfortable. It also makes her think she’s leading you on and hurting you more. She’s conflicted because she loves you but is also confused on other things. I just say keep an open mind because she’s obviously keeping hers open. She probably wants to have fun and meet new people and maybe fall in love with some random person to then realize it isn’t love. Sometimes you have to let those people go man. Trust me I completely understand I’m in the same situation. It bothers me to death to think about her with another man but you have to be prepared for the worse day in your life when you see her with another man. I still haven’t figured it out.

I can't be emotionally stable with a guy that is hot and cold and doesn't want a relationship but doesn't like when I ignore him too much, that eventually sleeps with you then goes on days and weeks without even texting. Hello guys, so it's been 6 NC, havent seen him for 3 weeks (we work together) and I decided it's time to do a little step and was looking frwrd to test the waters. I caught him looking at me and when he apporached me was looking and when I raised a hand to do a handshake, smiled warmly he looked away almost immediately. During the meeting I caught him looking at me again and after the meeting he stood next to the door with my coworker who said a couple of compliments about my work (during that he was looking at me) and I slightly touched his arm for a second as well as the other coworker and said bye. He avoided the eye contact. Couple of minutes later I stood at the tram station with my friend who lives next to him (like 3 meters), and saw him. He avoided us, took a wrong tram to get out quickly and in the door he was slightly shaking and turned his back and started to look to his phone. I was shocked. What an idiot. He's also 22. Stubborn. And forgives himself and others hardly. I cried from anger. I believe it's a guilt. He hurt me and now he sees he was wrong ... all of the people (his family included) see my change and say compliments about it to me all the time. But what to do to turn tabels for I know this idiot has a great heart and what great potential he has. We had an amazing relationship... Do you thing it's a guilt? I followed the “No contact” rules and after 3 months my ex reach out to me by saying that she misses me, she called me twice I picked it the second time, she told me that her heart hurts and Why didn’t I reached out to her, she wanna me to apologize to her, if I did so she won’t be heart broken and I said okay, then I apologize and we chat for few minutes then suddenly she start bitchy and drop the call, I called her today but she’s was still disrespectful, I said bye. Things happen at the rong time especially when I have my on chance
I have an ex from 7 years ago that I have never forgotten (first love) we didn’t have any contact for 5 years and both moved on and had family’s etc but for the last 2 years have exchanged emails over time with months between of nothing recently he brought up 100s of memories of us and how much of a great time we had our relationship broke down after he never told me he was previously married and had 3 children as I was very young and he was 30 and didn’t see how I would agree to share my life with that many responsibilities ,we eventually met face to face for a mere 20 mins and talked like it was yesterday then I got a message to say that he doesn’t think we should stay in contact anymore as it would not be fair on either of us .im confused but have agreed with him and left it be .

Coach Alex. I have gone through so many videos on how to be that somebody who can get their ex back... I would give everything and anything just to recover what I lost and what he stomped on... If I can't go along with no contact, your strategy seems more fitting to my needs as well as I'm willing to attempt to follow. He's been mixed-signaling me on and off. Acts like an asshole cuz he feels I deserves it and knows I want him back. Hello Alex, I recently got my ex back for maybe 3 weeks. She came back and we chose to continue our relationship and side note we were actually engaged and we have known each over 10 years also we had several rough break ups and somewhat toxic. Anyway she wanted to jump right back in the relationship strong and I wanted to take it slow. I love her so I gave in, took her out for her birthday and we actually had a terrific time. Weeks following she became distant. I then brought up the elephant in the room and she finally told me shes not ready and doesn't want to be together and not sure if we will be. I understand she still needs to heal but she went as far as to say I can date other females. I asked her do you want to see other ppl and she claims she doesn't. She claims she wants to focus on herself but she implies that we may not end up together and wanted to still be friends in a way but I myself am not ready for that. Side note she walked out on me like this several times and it hurts everytime because the minute I think we good she flees. It's been a few weeks and I haven't contacted her just giving time. Any advice?

Me and my ex always say "I love you" when we talk. Thats really important to me, because I never want my last conversation with someone I love to not have said I love you. Meaning if someone I love died tomorrow and I didn't tell them that I love them when we last spoke, that would internally kill me. So I say it to my ex because I love her and I want her to know that and I don't want that to be our last conversation and me not have said it. BUT recently she flip flops on whether or not she says it back. Seems like sometimes she says it first, sometimes she seems happy to say it, and then sometimes it feels like I have to force her to say it back. ITs so confusing because I feel in my heart that she loves me, she shows it by calling me just to talk, calling me by our silly nicknames for each other, but then I get confused when she wont say it. And I just don't know how to feel about it. Because I dont want to feel like im forcing her to say it, but at the same time I want to hear her say it. What do I do?

I totally get that saying I love you is very important to you. It's so important to me too. In my opinion try to focus more on her actions. Does she show you that she loves you? Sometimes actions is better then words in my opinion. I made the mistake by telling my ex bf that I still love him. He didn't say it back because I hurt him. Is ok because I know that I'm being true to my feelings but I've learned that keeping your feelings to yourself is better to prevent heart breaks. My advice to you is look at her actions and see if she truly loves you and it sounds like she does!!!
I’m in the same situation. Honestly I stopped saying it just because it made her uncomfortable. It also makes her think she’s leading you on and hurting you more. She’s conflicted because she loves you but is also confused on other things. I just say keep an open mind because she’s obviously keeping hers open. She probably wants to have fun and meet new people and maybe fall in love with some random person to then realize it isn’t love. Sometimes you have to let those people go man. Sometimes you do things right then one mistake ruin it all. im doing good in radio silence. He contacts me but never really committed though. Then I found out he's dating someone new but not yet sure about it. So when he contacted me again. I said mean words to him. He didn't reply. Now what, I'm back to zero.
You confronted him and he didn't know how to act. He definitely wanted you but not enough. So don't feel bad. He must want you for real.
But does this happend to the one who is in a rebound relationship too?
So to clarify if your ex is giving you the hot and cold treatment as someone has gone through the time to work on themselves and have grown, are we letting them do this to prove we have grown and changed because they are testing us?
My ex girlfriend is brainwashed by there friends...and they are provoking her that she made the decision.... because of them my ex is showing me hot and cold behavior....please coach help me ....

It’s hard to start treating my ex like he’s my best friend maybe it will help me in the long run to move on and be a better person for myself and if he ever happens to start a new relationship or stop talking to me I will have already learned how to accept it and not over react

Hello guys, so it's been 6 NC, havent seen him for 3 weeks (we work together) and I decided it's time to do a little step and was looking frwrd to test the waters. I caught him looking at me and when he apporached me was looking and when I raised a hand to do a handshake, smiled warmly he looked away almost immediately. During the meeting I caught him looking at me again and after the meeting he stood next to the door with my coworker who said a couple of compliments about my work (during that he was looking at me) and I slightly touched his arm for a second as well as the other coworker and said bye. He avoided the eye contact. Couple of minutes later I stood at the tram station with my friend who lives next to him (like 3 meters), and saw him. He avoided us, took a wrong tram to get out quickly and in the door he was slightly shaking and turned his back and started to look to his phone. I was shocked. What an idiot. He's also 22. Stubborn. And forgives himself and others hardly. I cried from anger. I believe it's a guilt. He hurt me and now he sees he was wrong ... all of the people (his family included) see my change and say compliments about it to me all the time. But what to do to turn tabels for I know this idiot has a great heart and what great potential he has. We had an amazing relationship... Do you thing it's a guilt? ShouldI continue the NC and send him the letter? Thank you dearly!
