He’s hidden in the trash can, originally he was gonna be kept in the storage closet where the dolli head is but all the shelf locations threw away there crustys to replace them with munch, that’s why only 1 crusty remains.

I’m not really a Minecraft developer I’m a Roblox studios developer maybe you should try it out because it’s so easy
I’ve tried out Roblox Studio and it’s pretty cool but I prefer Minecraft, I’m still also a roblox fan though and I’ve been working on CEC locations in Welcome to Bloxburg because of how much more simple it is then Studio.
