it's an amazing but very slow game. You have to know that nothing or very little things will happens for the first tenth days in game. But the exploration, the events, the discoveries and crippling paranoïa makes it all worth.

So I've found an additional keyhole and another seemingly sealed door outside of the map in a white space like the window. Both are located in the pool area with the tubes and other inflatables at the beginning after choosing a pipe to go down. The keyhole is at the base of the right side of the first window on the left of the room after landing in the water, and the out of bounds area requires you to crouch jump at the 6th window on the right side of the room. The key you pick up on the roof of the generator room does not seem to work.
Note that when you enter the out of bounds area through the window you should face back in bounds to keep your sense of direction. Facing back in bounds you'll want to head left when you hit the back of the first hall and then, when you hear the clank of the footsteps stop, make a 180 degree turn to see the sealed door.

There was another keyholle similar like this next to a window, but much later on after the maze. Nothing was found to work with. But that keyhole were removed. I now believe it was just moved to the location you mentionned.
all i am hearing is first you move the scrungly to then push the dongus in order to access the hidden vent that cointains the nuclear waste which must be put into the waste hole to open the pit into the glorp zone (don't blink in the glorp zone)
A bit weird. I don't think 0.8.1 changed that. Make sure you've placed all FOUR plates. Take a bit of momentum and hold sprint (default : shift key) when jumping. If you struggle, spak the jump key to try on grab and climb the edge.
was it the long ladder in vents in the pools area ? My game crashed there too when recording (funny enough). It wasn't my first time crashing especially at that ladder. This one seems to have a problem.
Jolly had his mascot changed so he can merch it without getting copyright issues. He did played Votv but only on stream and never released a video on it, if i'm not mistaking.

That is strange. You should have a list of achievement on the menu for every achievement you made. The mascot should be purchasable et the shop on story mode as well. If one of those two does not appear, then i advice to report it to the dev itchio blog.
Coming back to this. So i just tried again in 0.8.1, it's still possible to stand on the door frame BUT it became a lot more difficult to do. You just gotta try and retry and make sure the camera face the wall before landing on it. It's pretty inconsistent. Sometimes I make it on my first try, sometimes i gotta try ten time in a row.
