I know you talked about nachos and not having an sour cream, a healthy hack is to use plain Greek yogurt instead! It sounds crazy but it actually tastes the same. Loved your vid💕
Does someone know how she makes the oatmeal? Does she cook the oats and add the protein powder later? I’d like to try adding protein powder to my breakfast but I have no idea how it works. I’m guessing it doesn’t need to be cooked?
Okay I see everyone putting protein in their oats but every time I do it it tastes gritty and disgusting like it feels like I’m eating mushy sand. What am I doing wrong. (I have used different types of protein)
Using a good quality protein makes the biggest difference (I swear by macro Mike! 🤍) also don’t add the protein when the oats are extremely hot still, this makes it go grainy x
you have such a healthy relationship with food i wish i can be like you when it comes to food, not only eating it but making it too lol

Definitely add it in after the oats are cooked, and slightly cooled down 💕 this will avoid it cooking and going grainy!

That is a chocolate shake, not a smoothie. Calling it a smoothie makes it sound like a healthy addition to your diet. Smoothies are not milkshakes.
