I don't produce and I can see that pretty easily. Have basic understanding of music, riff up and down the scale jazz influences, and then add in those points of emphasis on off beats, choir style as made popular by Kanye. Not difficult or a tough beat

The expert degree of instrumentation, improv ability, and technical knowledge you would need to do that on a professional level regularly is unprecedented. not impossible but the time it takes to make a full length song mixed and mastered simply put would take longer.
