The scariest match of the tournament if you ask me. These are two of the top 3 players *_in the world_* and Daigo made it look like just another day at the office. Six straight rounds. Terrifying.
Wladislav Infil isn't top 3. Hasn't been since 2012, I feel.
I think he dropped out for a bit but he's back up there again. Just look at that set vs Momochi and his earlier matches at Stunfest.

I know Infiltration is really good, after watching his match against Momochi I was really eager to see him face Daigo...but under any circumstances I was expecting this result. Daigo saw trough everything, mad props to him, and huge respect to Infiltration who is still one of the best players in the world despite the aging haha XD

Daigo turning the tables and bodied him some Infiltration. Must have downloaded his Decapre from their previous encounters.
He just let infil do his thing while he made meter and punished him for poor decisions & spacing errors I think
This is one of my favorite matchups, I don't know which one of the 2 to support
I would think Daigo gets more satisfaction beating Infiltration than anyone else.After being dominated, baffled, and basically humiliated that one entire year of Infiltration/Laugh.

like I said last time I felt like daigo won last time against his decapre. daigo was just being daigo and not giving a shit about a ultra that goes through fireballs and threw a fireball and got ultra'd lol.

his fireballs caught him in the middle of scrambles so many times.
also I remember daigo was having such a hard time when he first transitioned into evil ryu, that seems to be long gone

There's not much variation in decap's movements vs infil's akuma.
I don't understand why Infiltration went with Decapre against Daigo this late in the tournament. His Decapre is not worked on enough to go up against Daigo's Evil Ryu. That mistake cost him the tournament

Fucking awful display from infiltration... hes so much better than this. Needs to bin off decapre for good and stick to his akuma and hakan
My exact words, such a horrible display.. He didn't even try to switch up his game, just constantly teleports into fireballs.. Like.. The strategy hasn't worked for about 3rnds now.. Switch it tf up, play the ground game or something smh....
Yeeh man. I agree but to be fair to him hes done pretty well against other people.. maybe diegos just to clever for his teleports. Infiltration would be extremely solid if he dead less teleports and focused on what his oponent is doing. Who won this tourny anyways???

+Sina Madani He wasn't playing that badly. Daigo just studied the match, similar to the 10-2 exhibition or whatever the score was. Daigo had all the answers, infiltration isn't used to people having an answer for every bit of bullshit his decapre does.
Watching decapre really makes my eyes glaze over before I know it

EvilRyuCapixaba He's gotten really good results with Decapre. 4th at Red Bull, 3rd at Cannes, 1st at 9 States, 1st at Double Elimination, and now 3rd at Stunfest. Some of you act like he's getting absolutely bodied and placing outside of top 8 consistently or something.
EvilRyuCapixaba why should he? His been looking very strong with decapre. Just watch some of his earlier matches in this tourney, he went all the way to winner's final where he pushed momochi to the limit. Placing third in this stacked tourney is a great result considering the only two players to beat him are the two best players in the world.
solenstyle Infiltration's Decapre is the new Daigo Evil Ryu. People complain about him not using his old main, and wanting him to return.

Smh. Teleport to avoid attacks not take damage. Use the rapid daggers for quick frontal attacks. And avoid overhead attack moves. Daigo ain’t goin’ for that bs. Stop it Infiltration. Sometimes he ok. Other times, watching his matches is like, wtf are you doing bruh?
Yes I’m sure you’d have done better here.
