Great Video and nice clean install! How big are the Whips? 3 or 4 Ft?

They are the 3 foot

Is there a pigtail for the left and right tail lights or does the one you wired on the right the only one needed for the brake lights and turn signals?

Only one pigtail is needed. You do need to buy the pigtail separately though.

We’re they flexible right at first or did they slowly break into being flexible

They were flexible from the beginning. So far I'm impressed with them.
