I'm on OS 12.2.1. For tracking purposes (using Mailbutler), I'd like to send each member of a mac mail group an individual identical email without everyone else's email in the To or Cc field. Bcc doesn't work for this purpose as it doesn't allow tracking. Is this possible without having to create a separate email for each recipient? Thank you!

Love these videos. I have 3 email accounts, and they are listed in the sidebar on the left. Within each account, various folders are listed, such as Inbox, Sent, Trash etc etc. If I remove these account folders from the sidebar, does that delete the accounts? Right now, if I wanna empty the trash, I have to go to the trash in each account and do that. I would prefer a clean sidebar with only one Inbox, one Sent and one Trash for all accounts. Outlook size on my emails has suddenly gone tiny making difficult reading of emails on my new MacBook Air. How do I enlarge back to default normal? I can't see anywhere to click on to enlarge readability. I have tried 'Settings' and then 'View all Outlook settings' and see 'Text size and spacing' is already set at 'Large' even though text in my Outlook emails remains ridiculously tiny. It started ok at first this morning when I was checking emails then suddenly diminished to a very small unreadable text size. The email listings page is ok, it's when I click on an individual email to read it comes up in tiny print. Thank you Addendum: Solved ~ I later brushed expanding finger and thumb over pad and readability miraculously enlarged the fonts back to 'normal' again ~ Phew!🙂

I have an issue: When I send an email, it sends multiple iterations of the email I am sending. It will send unfinished copies of that email to the recipient. For example, if i just send a single sentence like "Hey, how're you doing today?" It might send three separate emails saying something like: 1. "Hey, how're" 2. "Hey, how're you doing" 3. Being a new Mac user having recently migrated from Windows, I occasionally have issues with Mail. I transferred all my accounts from Outlook to Mail, now I get an occasional message that bounces for no apparent reason. Many times I tried to add my Comcast/Xfinity email and it didn't work. Made dozens of attempts and didn't work. Could not add that to Mac Mail. Has Apple resolved that issue or are there some email accounts that cannot be added? Why not just include some other random emails in the main menu to choose from?

I'd like to dump my Mail account and find something that actually works. Have had a Mail problem on my MacBook Air since I purchased it. Approximately 30% of emails have "This message has no content". So if I need to read one of them I have to open it on my iPhone or iPad. The problem is only on my MacBook Air. I have had several Apple technicians online trying to correct this but all to no avail. This is an Apple problem and I have seen messages from other users who also have this problem. Someone please help or suggest a mail app that isn't going to give me grief.
I prefer Google mail bcoz Whenever someone send mail I receive email notification instantly where as apple mail app send notification after 1hr when someone send mail 😬

Mail truncates larger mails in a conversation. Happening across all devices, Mac Air M1, IPad Pro and IPhone 12 mini! Poor show Apple for something as basic as mail.

I had no idea I had that Mail Privacy Protection. I ran into the bedroom and checked that box under mail preferences.
Many times I tried to add my Comcast/Xfinity email and it didn't work. Made dozens of attempts and didn't work. Could not add that to Mac Mail. Has Apple resolved that issue or are there some email accounts that cannot be added? Why not just include some other random emails in the main menu to choose from?

I'd like to dump my Mail account and find something that actually works. Have had a Mail problem on my MacBook Air since I purchased it. Approximately 30% of emails have "This message has no content". So if I need to read one of them I have to open it on my iPhone or iPad. The problem is only on my MacBook Air. I have had several Apple technicians online trying to correct this but all to no avail. This is an Apple problem and I have seen messages from other users who also have this problem. Someone please help or suggest a mail app that isn't going to give me grief.
I prefer Google mail bcoz Whenever someone send mail I receive email notification instantly where as apple mail app send notification after 1hr when someone send mail 😬

Mail truncates larger mails in a conversation. Happening across all devices, Mac Air M1, IPad Pro and IPhone 12 mini! Poor show Apple for something as basic as mail.
