depends of your % of attack, if thats the big % so there need to just try to attack with it and without it. i was used to attack without titans because of getting more points. but if your titans is very well so just try with it and give me a feedback please :) every line at the Tyrant or Dooms is increasing some "distance" between your army and enemy. for most scenarios you should use only third line like at the my videos. but, just try, my titans is a weak for now
