used @mediheal1329 collagen pack and since it helps lock in moisture, i went ahead and used their ampoule that comes in the kit + a hyaluronic serum (i used @vichy for extra hydration ✨

Hi, I do facials and use these. First of all, use a squishy bowl and a popsicle stick it’s so much easier to scrape the sides when you can mould the bowl with your hand. Second use lukewarm water, definitely not cold and you don’t want it hot either. If it feels just warmer than room temperature that’s about perfect. It’s better to use a tap if your water is sanitary, turn it on gently with a controlled stream that you can dip in and out of, create a well in the centre and fill the well until it overflows slightly then remove from under the water and start mixing, don’t stop mixing in an infinity shape until all of the clumps are gone using more water as needed. The consistency should be like a gel, you should be able to create thick ribbons that sit on top of the product. Use the whole lot on your face to get the perfect pull. It should be around a half to one cm thick roughly. The big drip over your eyebrow where you can’t see through it was perfect. Everyone has their own technique to getting it just right so do what works for you but this is how I was taught. Different water temperatures will cause the product to thicken or get too loose but that could be different for each brand. It’s something you’ll need to practice. You did really well for a first time, I had substantially more clumps the first time I tried it. Really impressed with your mixing!

I tried for the SECOND TIME one of these powdered masks literally yesterday and I tried to put just one tablespoon of it into a little cup then only one of water, after that i mixed together, then, I put it on my face and it was completely enough for my entire face, apparently it could be used even more than two times in my opinion
No you should put a thick layer of it. I work at korean dermatology clinic and they put thick layer

I love skincare but as an autistic person I can't do sheet masks. Ive tried to make them work so many times but any mask is difficult. I do best with thicker or pull off masks so this might be the mask for me.

Wasting half the product put less water and applied thicker it's more chilling and the results are incredible

For anyone wondering these are called modeling masks (i think this specific one is from the brand mediheal) and your supposed to add a bit of the serum packet onto your face before the mask, then add as much of the paste onto your face as you can! Remember to add more to the chin to get an even and satisfying peel off. Lastly you add the rest of the serum onto your face! :D
Tipp: If you want even better results you can first steam your face and then do all the steps!

If you want a similar effect for a less expensive price, use an occlusive skin moisturizer like Aquaphor or even Vaseline (it should be petrol based), put on your skin care... BUT be careful if you have any drying products like Vitamin A (retinols, retinoids), salicylic acid, benzoyl, etc., since it WILL make the ingredients more potent. Also, avoid hyaluronic acid for it. Hyaluronic acid pulls moisture... normally it does this from the air, but with ANY occlusive type barrier, it will pull from your skin instead (this also happens if you wear it climates with low humidity or if you have low humidity in your house and don't use something like a small humidifier by your bed). Then just sleep in it and wash it off in the morning. Don't do it too often though. Once or twice a week if more than enough for most skin types!
