WAIT! They also play Hotaru no Hikari in Taipei at the parks?! I'll be soooo happy if my country did that every day.
When people get too busy, they often can forget all exercise and eat too little or turn to junk food too much, which makes you feel even worse (at least after you've turned 30 and your body can't take stress the same way). If you begin to prioritize that you get at least the minimum amount of exercise and eat mostly healthy foods at regular intervals, your energy levels should get better and you can stand more. Then each week, try to add a bit more exercise or healthier food choices than you did last week.
Also, stop and have a deep think into what you actually consume your daily minutes. When you put it onto paper, you probably notice that some or even lots of one's time goes into useless junk or at least there may be many things that are really low in importance. Cut some away and replace them with naps and more sleep for example.

How to make the life better? Hard question, I think the answer is different for everyone.
Now I'm going through a tough period, I have serious problems, but I have two children, so I can't give up, for me personally if I fix my problems it means make my life better and I'm working on that.
Living in a foreign country is not easy in the first period, but things go better with the time. Take care and don't overwork, japan people tend to do that, and it is not good for ealth, find your balance, having free time is not a shame, man need it, we are humans, not robots.
