I couldn’t agree more with #1. I think at this stage of the game cc troops are more for stalling and disrupting attacks, while the defense buildings continue to do their thing.

I like Ice Golems too: -IG, Valkyrie, baby dragon, 2×goblin (35) -2×IG, baby dragon (40) -IG+lava hound (45) -IG, witch, Valkyrie, baby dragon (45) -2×IG, witch, head hunter, 2× Archer (50) -2×IG, 3×head Hunter, 2×Archer (50) I put the tanky combos in the bases with the CC in the center and fast attacking ones in the bases where they are closer to the side. If they are really close to the side then Head Hunters are great.
Troop donations have been bugged for at least a month now. I just donated my clan mate level 11 balloons & level 11 lightning spells for CWL. & upon both my inspection of her clan castle & her inspection of her clan castle. We both found that the troop & spell levels of the support in her clan castle were level 10. If the game doesn’t want to give me a +2 ( when applicable ) then fine. But it should at least hold the level instead of down graded the troops donated; especially during CWL. I’ve noticed this with baby dragons too.

I have used an apprentice warden with 5 Head Hunters to devastating effect at times.
Ice hound is also good as it takes so much of damage, But yeah ice golem are still best due to less storage and more freeze time 🔥

if they blimp it will probably mess the timing as well.. waste time

@@soseasidesam9823i thought it adjust to the max level of the townhall the receiver is? Might be wrong though
Max level for cc troops depends on the Clan castle level. It won't let you even donate some troops if the level is too low.
What about for attacking

@@SirMooseGaming they tend to surprise enemy clan when most of cc from my clan is ice golems. So they assume it’s ice golem then SURPRISE 😂
