Thanks Jim. I’m getting a lot of messages about this. For what it's worth I’ve had a friend of mine run the video file through Topaz Labs Video AI for enhancement. It’ll be up tomorrow. It looks a little better.
@@lanceabair3524 I actually think 4.2 was my first venture into MOTU world, along with Unisyn, a MTP2… heh… never forget the day Magic Dave came personally to my home studio to drop off a new chip for it. Incredible. It’s also cool seeing how many of the navigation and editing conventions have stayed the same over the… decades(!).
Looks like he had a Quadra 650 which had a 68040 with FPU running at a speedy 3 MHz. Could have been a Centris also. The Quadra 650 was my favorite Mac of the ‘90s. The 040 was fast when running at 33 MHz. I had almost the same gear as in this video. Doesn’t seem that long ago for some reason.
It was a Centris 650. I started out on a Commodore64, then the 128, then Mac Plus, then the Centris, Mac Pros and so on. I have an Mac Studio M2 Max now. It is doing extremely well.
What a trip down memory lane…

I did this video in 1992.
