    Anyone who says the pros just put it aren't watching the correct pros or not watching very well, the serves just look easy because the level of returning is so good. The best players might just put it in for a second serve but almost always try to go really deep or really low for the first serve

    Hi, in a group of friends who have been playing Padel for over a couple of years I have two who play well at an intermediate level BUT who have become completely blocked while serving! Their technique falls apart in every basic action… the release, the swing action, the body movement! It appears to be a psychological block!
    Have you any advice as how to correct this..?

      This could be multiple factors! Creating pre-serve routines is a good practice e.g. deep breath, bounce the ball, and get your mind calm before serving.
