I was one of the biggest cheese lovers/addicts in the world , and could have easily eaten twice or more the cheese amount that any French or Dutch or German or Italian or US person ate in a day , when ever i felt like it , but once i learned about what it was doing to my body , i quit it "cold turkey" , and that was many years ago , so i don't understand the people that keep making excuses about it not being able to quit cheese , yogurt & what not ....

Thanks for your feedback. Yes. I had the same. When i was a kid i loved fresh cheese, actimel etc… my guts always felt broken and rotten.
When i stopped i felt so much better. New gut.
Now dairies are only for pleasure 1 or 2 x per year when i have opportunity to taste something special. A speciality in a country or so. And only high quality.

I had severe acne for 9 years 🥛😱When I stopped eating cheese, cottage cheese, and cream, my skin cleared up. Sometimes I eat a small piece of cheese, but if I eat more, I wake up with breakouts the next morning. I think I might be lactose intolerant. Do you think I should try lactose-free products?🤔

      Thank you for your comment.
I think in general dairies have these kind of effects , not only due to lactose but also the proteins and the additives ( pesticides and hormones)
Better to limit it to your pleasure from time to time.
I recommend less quantity but better quality

Thanks for the informative video exposing the true nature of dairy. I have been telling people likewise for decades. I am met with denial from most regarding this topic.
I am in addition lactose intolerant. Drinking milk is met with very unpleasant results. Yes, that means no ice cream as well. Imagine turning that down in a social setting.
Don't even get me started about telling them commercial fruit juice is not healthy either.

Yes. I m personal trainer for around 15 years and often some people are not ready to accept facts. Breakfast or dairies are some very emotional topics. And the lobbies are working hard to not let people find out. Same about sugar , pesticides and more.
If i could advice you something it would be to focus on yourself and not try to change people who are not ready to.

Cheese is also milk, if grown man dont need milk so no too extra cheese on pizza pineapple is better for nature, when cavemen started drinking milk they qonguered world milk gives 10% power

Yes cheese is also made from milk.
About the 10% of power from caveman it s incorrect.
The nomads had a better health than the start of sedentary civilization when the agriculture started. And milk started there.
The civilization diseases such as diabete , carries , osteoporosis etc started with sedentary lifestyle and agriculture.

I have consumed 5 to 7 Gallons of Whole milk per week or, 20 to for the past 35 years30 gallons of Whole milk per month for the past 35 years. I am about 5’6” and weight about 165 pounds. I’m over 60 years old now and still very strong. I cannot have soy or palm oils or potatoes since they cause me skin rashes. The mere touch of a peeled potatoe against my hand causes severe inching. I do have eggs and meat not cooked in vegetable oil - one of the main culprets of soy or palm oils - and I can have bread if I make it myself - since most breads either have soy, palms or potato starch in them. Always a challenge to eat at a restaurant.

Thank you for your comment. I m sorry to hear that. Most of vegetal oils are not very good for cooking and some of them can be mixed with some toxic contents/additives. Depending on where you live the potato problem can also be related to pesticids. I wish you to improve your condition. Stay strong 💪

my grandmother drank goat's milk for 30 years and lived to be 91 years old. She almost never got sick 🤷🏻‍♀️. but she herself kept goats and grazed them in the village. I think store bought milk really isn't good for us
