I just love how natural and soothing your roleplays are! I've been listening to ASMR for close to a decade and I agree with others, soft spoken roleplays like yours without tons of forced 'triggers,' jarring hand movements and annoying word repetition are really hard to come by. Please keep doing what you're doing!

I typically like both styles-- beyond the camera or in plain sight. But, this one's expression was too distracting. So, I'd say probably behind the camera. Sometimes seeing the hair being played with gives me tingles but other times it's the visual trick of having it behind the camera and it feeling more personalized like it's actually the viewer that does it. So, I'd say if some like it behind and some like it in front just release some videos with it in front and some behind. Your content is great, regardless.

I prefer the model this way, NOT behind the camera. This way if I'm watching it is more interesting than just seeing some hair from time to time. We see more of what you are doing with the hair this way. Thank you:)
I tend to prefer either doll head behind the camera, or so just the top of the doll's head is in view (not a fan of having a staring contest while i am trying to relax, personally!) But that's just me, everyone likes different things so feel free to mix it up

I typically like both styles-- beyond the camera or in plain sight. But, this one's expression was too distracting. So, I'd say probably behind the camera.
Sometimes seeing the hair being played with gives me tingles but other times it's the visual trick of having it behind the camera and it feeling more personalized like it's actually the viewer that does it. So, I'd say if some like it behind and some like it in front just release some videos with it in front and some behind. Your content is great, regardless.

secondly: maybe it's just me but don't y'all wath ASMR vids when you're stressed or blue? i feel so bad everytime ASMRists say 'how are you doing? - good, good' as though everyone but me would go 'oh great, i'm having an AWESOME day and just tuning in for fun' instead of being wound so tightly we're about to ex- or implode. is everyone really doing ok out there? bc i know i klick on these when i'm stressed / lonely / depressed / insert negative emotion....

I totally get not feeling comfortable showing your face on camera, so having something to watch as I listen helps me. But again, I am not truly picky! You’re doing great work!

The characters of which are based off of real people with her friends, Musician, or even TH-camrs, and I was thinking what if you had your own story/movie or video game concept sway sit down and this is what I came up with
In the enthralling tale of Isla, she leads a life filled with duality, existing in two vastly different worlds. The story begins with her discovery of a sinister computer virus, the dreaded JADE program, that proves to be a turning point in her life. Alongside eight other individuals, Isla becomes embroiled in a mystifying incident where their consciousness is inexplicably drawn into the very depths of the malicious program while they simultaneously continue to inhabit the physical realm.
Within the virtual world, Isla unwittingly coexists with her real-world self, blissfully unaware of her entrapment in this digital mirage and devoid of any memory concerning the JADE incident. This alternate existence cunningly mirrors the earthly realm, creating an illusion of a perfect imitation of life that deceives her senses at every turn. In this intricately woven tapestry of reality and illusion, Isla frequently transitions between controlling her virtual self and her tangible, corporeal form.
As the story unfolds, the reader becomes intimately acquainted with the emotional turmoil Isla endures, oscillating between the facade of a seemingly ordinary virtual life and the harrowing knowledge of her trapped consciousness. Her consciousness switches uncontrollably between the two states, leaving her powerless to determine which body she inhabits. To unravel the sinister web of deceit and rescue her eight fellow captives, Isla must engage in arduous virtual battles with each of them. Within this ethereal battleground, the very essence of their consciousness is at stake, testing her mettle and determination to its limits. Triumphing in each battle releases the trapped consciousness, yet they remain shackled, existing in a trance-like state within the physical realm.
The race against time ensues as Isla embarks on a perilous quest to locate and liberate each of her fellow victims scattered across the real world. The clock ticks relentlessly, intensifying the tension and stakes of her desperate mission. I forget to comment bc i fall asleep lol. With the doll’s head in front of the camera, i liked it bc it felt like i was at the salon looking in the mirror or at my reflection. Idk if that made sense haha but when the hair’s behind the camera its great too 🩵
