Not really there are a lot of gamer's out there with good aim and crazy flicks i've only been playing pc for 3 years and i'm better than or just as good friends that have been playing for 7yrs and played csgo majority of those years. But there isn't a lot of gamers that can control recoil and trace the way shroud does. This guy in the video is pretty good but hes not insane! lol but there are lots of players at his skill lvl.
