I love watching shopping hauls to compare the foods we buy. I like the way you are reading the ingredients for your chosen coffee. Most people just pick up things and it's like they assume its pure, because it is some kind of big name brand. The reality is most things are processed to death these days. Also exposure to chemicals such as glyphosate is scary. I'm more into how the foods produced myself. I check absolutely everything to help others on my channel understand food labels as labels are tricky!

I always check oil, I only buy cold pressed oil as all other oils are hydrogenated - even expensive olive oils that use heat in the processing and hydrogenated oils are carcinogenic! Also the cheap butters tend to just be butter, no extras! Also vanilla essence I only use Dr oetka because it's the only one that doesn't use alcohol to process and you can really really taste the difference! Always check meat content too lol xx

The washing pods you brought smell absolutely Devine i stocked up and got the fabric softener and scent boosters and its honestly smells lovely and lasts xx

We got the Stormtrooper Beer in the tin for our son last year and he absolutely loved it, has kept the glass obviously and also the tin, a really nice gift for Star Wars fans 😊
A great haul. I’ve never thought about checking coffee %, although I always check meats & things. We usually buy the Millicano and could usually find it somewhere for £2.50, but not anymore! I might try the one in your haul. Have a lovely few days away - we are the same with 4 kids (eldest 19, youngest 11) but have only ever been away 2 nights! I always check fruit content in fruit jams and marmalade! Like the sound of balsamic tomatoes and Hal cheese on baguette, will probably have that this weekend 😀
My memory is getting so much worse!!! So I can’t remember whether it was Aldi or Lidl , but one sells grilling cheese, which is haloumi by another name, for £1.29. I hope you enjoyed your weekend and belated happy birthday to Steve. I’ve never thought to check percentages, so thank you for that tip.

The coffee ☕️ is a good thing to look out for, makes a big difference to the taste. Ha ha I got the tattoo when we had our first French bulldog and as soon as they saw it the boys thought it was a controller 🙄😂😂
I popped into Sainsbury yesterday and i couldn't believe the price of a few thing's. I think one thing was wrongly priced as the price would of been for the bigger pkt. xx
A good haul! It makes me laugh that people moan about the price of food rising but never moan about the price of alcohol! Doesn’t that rise? (This comes from a teetotaller).
It good haul yes it is expensive I am mama with big brood have dairy free and gluten free kids so gets hard really does I will have teen in November she be 13 that scares me my 11 year olds starting high school on Tuesday twins too they birthday is Halloween so probably some oldest In their class . so now it getting costly for birthdays too
