My last living aunt on my dad's side passed away earlier this month. And the house she had her daughter was living in it and she heard a pop sound in the wall and saw fire. She was able to get herself out and one of the dogs. Nothing much else. And I live in the Texas Panhandle and we have had wildfires burning the whole panhandle ranchers cattle and livestock. People's houses it's the worst we have ever seen and it started early this year. Over 1million acres burned over 500 homes. But we will recover and slowly come back. 🥵😲

I love this home. This is the 2nd home I've seen of your places where they hang pictures and plates to the very top of the wall. There are so many items there that my mother had even the fridge with all the stickers or pictures. I'm 73, so you are right about the time period of the late 90s or early 2000 that these folks would have passed away. It appears, tho, that they were hoarders.

Blue Willow dishes! A local grocery store back in the day had a promotion where you get get a piece at a discounted price every week when you bought a certain amount of groceries.
At around the 9:05 minute there's a pair of porcelain dogs that are worth a bit of money also if they aren't copies. Adam is so lucky to have found this house before some vandals have. 💗
