they should add a higher reward for completing these alongside a harsh penalty if you fail so that theres incentive to do them and a consequence if you dont follow through with it because its your friends car otherwise there isnt much use for these contracts although the first one with ray was pretty funny xd

they are boosted/stolen cars that people scratched the vin off of that are then tied to their char and other players stealing that car to throw back into the pool of available vehicles I think.
