In this video I teach you how to play the iconic "Let it Be"guitar solo. Enjoy and thank you for your support! I have a video for the other parts in my Classic Rock Song playlist
I would have to say this guitar solo in Let It Be, played I believe by George Harrison, is possibly the most beautiful guitar solo I have ever heard. And that is saying something, considering how many guitar solos there are. It is somehow Divine. It reaches, as it continues, into the Divine. George Harrison when he played this, was truely in touch with a spiritual altitude few ever are.
That was a great lesson ! You really took your time to teach that so precisely.I like the way you broke it down into 10 sections. Now I just have to transpose it to the key of A. Thanks You !!
Your very welcome! Really nice playing on one of my favorite guitars of all time! Wow, an original '66 335! $1200 was a boatload of cash back then but worth every cent IMO. I have a '96 1963 Gibson ES-335 Block Inlay Historic in Cherry Red which I love but doesn't sound as rich as your 335 does. Close but no cigar. Your on the neck pickup with the tone rolled down on this lesson, right? All the best and I really enjoy your channel!
that is a Gibson ES-335. Could be the Custom Shop 1963 Block Inlay Historic Reissue. Or it could be an original mid-60's 335 which would make it much more expensive! Either way it's a sweet sounding Gibson! And it's being played very well I might add!
THNX !! Love this version and after seeing this tutorial I can play it - at last and it sounds really cool!! By the way Marty is teaching another version here on youtube also a nice tutorial
@@Guitarreference Thank you,you made my life easier, not trying to be a 60 yr old rock start but I love guitar, like I said I had a stroke and can still understand you,God bless
where did you get the jamtracks to play along with? By the way thanks for the lesson.I mastered it. And can play right along with you very well. Took me a little bit, and my fingers are a tad sore. But I got it. LOL
I love how he makes EVERYTHING so clear I have a performance tomorrow and this just helped me
