use tap soul sever on lord when it has low health and see damage dealt is more than damage dealt with retribution thanks to that u can steal lord easily in late game

Because normally all heroes having high CD meanwhile Suyou CD of all skills are same and too low so if CD reduction works on him it will make him too broken like literally no CD that's why all CD will converted into physical attack
