DIY Roof top tent in pictures

The process of making our rooftop tent in pictures.
We didn't know anything about using a sewing machine to begin with, but we made it happen after watching youtube videos, and a lot of trail and error.
We used polyester / cotton 420 gr/m² fabric, thread and zippers from ESVO camping - they have great products and fantastic service:

how did you attach tent to plywood ??

Sorry for not answering - We haven't been doing anything for youtube.
It is attached with a heavy duty stapler and a L-bracket on the whole perimeter
