Good evening dear..I know this question is not related to anything u talked about on this video..but pls I need help....I have a roommate who is a 400lvl medical student who has gone into depression, she actually missed one of her tests on purpose tho.. And d faculty says any student who missed d exam will be regarded "absent by default''...she never knew there will b penalties for missing an exam..her intentions were pure tho. .she wanted to be free from d pressure and prepare well for d remaining tests n d 3rd mb...but now she is depressed cuz she doesn't know what ''absent by default'' means..she doesn't know if she will be prevented from writing other exams in 400lvl or be made to repeat d class...I m so scared for her.. I just thought I could get some helpful info here,to help calm her down....pls do u know what that means...n what d likely punishments are...I m a Nigerian tho,,we both school In Nigeria... Thanks
have a study timetable and be dedicated to it..make a covenant with yourself and follow it , make sure you study in a quiet place and avoid going a day without studying
Hey i have a question, do you visualize the information when you do active recall? Like the location of the information in the lecture note ect2. I find that i tend to memorize from the questions it self and not the notes given.
@@Dr.Nellah i stuggle to do that when i write questions, i found that i tend to memorize the questions and their answer instead of visiolizing the place i got them. have u ever facced this probelm ? and how do i overcome it ? btw really appreciate the reply thank you very much
