In Japanese culture every walk of life, you find so many people who work 365 days a year with humbleness and humility. The passion which they have for their work is amazing.
My parents recently undertook a restaurant and me and my brothers help out once in a while. It takes a toll working. Doing the same thing every single day. Really makes you appreciate these guys.
This is one of the most efficient kitchen I’ve seen yet. How these 3 people can make so many different dishes and looks absolutely delicious. If I had this restaurant by me I would go to it every day.
If this restaurant is near me, I would go here everytime. Those foods looks so good and the portions are so generous. I'll definitely go here when I go to Japan. 💘💯😍💕💕💕
This all looks like such quality and respect this family for putting out such great meals!!! Attention to detail and dedication - wish I could try it today. I miss Japan.
Miss Japan💔❣️💝👌Japan should be rated number one 👍👌country in the world for their great culture, number one country for their cleanliness and food quality. True dedication when it comes to food 👌❣️💝👍great respects & love to Japan planet🙏☀️🙌 to such beautiful nation ☀️🙌👍💕☀️💝🙏
@@Sheishi_Games i currently work 4 days a week perfect..if I choose to go in 7 days a week I can also... im good .. base your living off of 40-50hrs weekly only....
Maybe some one more familiar with Japanese restaurants can answer this question for me. I been watching this channel for two days now and i see the cooks clean the woks between servings and dump the dirty water/waste behind the burners. Is there some kind of sink/drain/grease trap back there? I see all the water taps along the wall in this kitchen so it makes me think there has to be a drain trough back there. Their food look delicious and those portions would satisfy even my huge apatite. It's a beautiful thing to see people putting such love into their work.
Generous portion surprisingly with affordable price!! 😍I would love to try those fried chicken, fried rice and katsu curry dish...well okay, the whole lot🤤🤤
All I see is a family on vacation. 😁 Wholesome family being together and working together. Cant be mad. More impressive. Cause even with my family it one or thee other that cooks for else they'll butt heads. 🤣 ... I enjoy watching these cooking hotspots it pit the United states restaurants to shame for the most part because everything has been modernized. To see these skills, Techniques, love, and respect. For the family. For the customers. An for the food. Just cant beat it. If I were compare the pros to more local places like this I'd says the locals are pros. Their not flashy. If I could get deployed again to japan I'd like to see this place. But then id have to rent a translator 🤪🤣 learning another language is difficult. ... I've already subscribed. I wish I could keep doing it without unsubscribing 😎
Here in the UK I can't imagine anyone working like this. It is commonplace in Japan so I assume it is engrained in their culture. Lovely people but I will never understand them.
Shoot, I think you can even get diseases and die from prolonged stress. They should have laws against things like this. Glad my state in the states don't allow this.
@@sethhardy866 true..it is ideal but it's also good to get away and have a little me time now and then but i guess they don't get stressed out as often from work
Damn this makes me want to go live in Japan even more. This looks like a place I would eat at every single day for my whole life. Especially if the prices are good with those kinds of portions.
Only in Japan…you work until you die …it’s so sad …now I know why Japan one of 2 Asian countries besides China become the most powerful country in the world
WAIT WHAT!? brother and sister made their house into restaurant so they could spend time together ...... then after some sentence intrigued me more.. "their son helping them"!? HOME SWEET ALABAMA GUYS!

Extremely hard working. The portions are insane.
変な時間に見てもうたわ、よだれが止まらん。
売り上げよりも何よりも来てくれたお客さんをおなかいっぱいにしたるって心意気が料理以上に溢れ出てるな。
素晴らしい。

Anywhere you go there's a great story, meet new people, make new friends, so much food too!
Its sick and unhealthy that they deducate 20 hours every day of the year to this.
Excellent video!!!!!! Very hard working and caring family. Every thing very professional. I am impressed!
Dobrej krmelec, evidentně nešetří.
All I can imagine is during the son’s training, he was putting a bowl together for a customer and Mom was behind him just yelling “MORE!!”
いやーたまらん最高😃⤴️⤴️
ご飯食べても、これ見ると食べたい!
They sleep at 3 and wake up at 6!! Reminds me how much I take my time for granted.

Thanks for filming it. The food seems so good and the really work perfectly
Its so clear how hard work the filmer and the chefs have been doing

The wok skills are good, the food is generous amount, and everything looks very good.
Big serving compare to other japanese restaurant and offer different menu👍
Whole yr no days off..im good..love money but also love my free time spent with kids...
Ikr, I also work here in Japan but no day off, I'd kill myself. Sometimes I think my 2 days off per week is not enough. This life is so stressful.

Respect for them for doing this non stop for so long. Do hope they get some rest day, definitely deserve some!
It must be greed if they cant take a day off every week . I have no respect for them.

Wonderful plates of food. I wish them to give themselves a break or vacation.
All mouthful delicious, and so fun to watch! I’d love to know where this masterpiece Chefs work so that I can visit when I travel to Japan.

Great work and food. But what’s the point of working all year around to what end?
What a wonderful Familia to work together and be 😊 HAPPY. GOD BLESS YOU!
How the h... could you be happy sleeping 4 hours a night and never having a day off.? Think about it.

365 days of work? That's what you call inhumane.

It's called karoshi. Japan has the highest suicide rate in the world from overwork.
That old dude is like "whatever is in this wok is going on that plate" What if it's too much? Cook: "LOL"

They like to spill their food
Not like in French you work only 6 months out of a year and lunch you can go home take a nap that’s why French going backwards…lol
and they probably charge so little for this amazing food
I see the real problem: the plates and bowls used in this restaurant are too small. Every dish is filled to the brim and overflowing...
It is stupid to work 365 days a year and no days off or vacation. Money wise it makes no sense to work yourself into an early grave.
Servings seem on obscene side when overflow container
I associate progress with less work, not more. Laboring 365 days a year to roll up money is pretty pathetic.
Agree 100 %
They are trained from a young age to work their lives away
I hope they don't get dinged for having that raw meat by their plating station.
I have to say that Japanese people are not lazy.
It's called karoshi. Look it up. People die at their desk or workplace from exhaustion.
Anyone else get nervous when so much food is on small plate 😬
Iam like it 👄👄👄👄👄...
