You sock dal in water for eight hours and now you make potli and let it sprout for two days. Keep in water wash all the skin will come out automatically. Sprouted beans are richer in vitamin E and volume of dal also gets increased. After doing this process you use this dal. For sprouting process your dal should whole, if you have broken dal than sock in water and after every 6hrs change the water. Do it two or one day all skin will swim on surface.
