That is exactly why I love personal development, as well, dissecting the feelings, figuring out where they came from and then replacing them with the integrity of the truth and who I am.
This is an especially good video for me caregiving from a mother has these kind of issues where there are things that I don’t agree with at times, but I have to navigate the fact that she’s an adult. She’s my mother and that we have always been very different people so I really appreciate the thoughtfulness behind this video.

Yes! Navigating the space between our own truth and respecting the truths of others, all while being able to stand in our own power and making space for theirs can be challenging. Though such an interesting part of the self development journey 😍😍

      💯 I convinced myself with all confrontations…
Because to me, they are even internal confrontations, but I get to examine the person that I am so it gives me an opportunity that I wouldn’t have otherwise without the conflict
And the conflict in the confrontation, with certain people doesn’t have to be outward they don’t have to ever know, but it gives me the opportunity to grow

@@RoyalAdventuresTheRoyalLife absolutely. Nothing in this journey is black and white. The human experience is incredibly complex, and through the journey we get to truly know ourselves ❤️
