Yes, he was at a festival which was the FireFly festival but the dates for that was on 14 Jun 2018 - 17 Jun 2018, and Harry's concert at MSG night one (this concert) was June 22nd. The festival was also held in Dover Delaware which is a 4 hour plane trip. It can be possible. Although no one truely knows who the person since it was shadow figure! There was no face shown, so really people are going to have different opinions and it's not really silhouette.
