I think that partner C's payment will be based on their agreement. Pero kung ilan lang yung percentage or ratio ng binili nyang interest kay A, yun yung irerecord mo.

yes po. since consensual contract yung partnership, dapat laging may CONSENT ng lahat ng partners.
