Being not able to pull the same inate twice and having double is not a glitch it’s apart of the game obviously they wouldn’t make to where you have two volcanoes at the same time
hes saying that you can ABUSE the fact that you cant have two of the same innates at the same, hes not saying its a glitch, its just that say you have infinity, you cant roll infinity if its not in one of your innate slots. so you higher chance of getting a different special grade because you cant get the same one again. does that make sense now?
tip : if you have innate bag and u have a special grade u dont wanna roll again for example, soul manipulation equip it whilst spinning so you dont get it again (i didnt watch video so if it already covered that lmk) and then switch back to what you want
