Dog handler makes arrest in Leeds just hours after picking up prestigious award

Hot on the heels of picking up his Dog Handler of the Year Award, PC Purcell and Ruudy made this arrest in Leeds just a few hours later.
As well as theft and motoring offences, the male was arrested for possession of crack cocaine.
