Nice teaching Sir. A few corrections in the diagram.
used -> correct pins notation
IO/M -> IO/Mbar
WR -> WRbar
RD-> RDbar
Hold is the request signal form an IO or peripheral device to use all the buses in the microprocessor based system.
HLDA is the acceptance confirmation or acknowledment to the IO or Peripheral device to use the buses, and MP stops using the buses and IO or peripheral device can start using it.
