Great job on that front area, that's the sort of work that fills me with dread. When it's been left so long people don't realise how much effort it takes to get back to square one, all for the sake of 5 minutes a week keeping on top of it.
A cracking tidy up, front and back Lee. Especially the front, that yucca plant looked like a tree!!! Root system will be a problem!!! The landlord will be delighted with the results as will be his new tenants. That was a very enjoyable Saturday evening viewing Lee and many thanks for sharing with us 👍💎👍💎👍
Great job Lee. It looks so much better, both front and back gardens. That tree hanging over the fence was pretty big, no wonder it filled nearly 3 bins of chippings. Good result. 😃
Great job Lee. This is a great tutorial for someone that is maybe a first time owner or someone who doesn't know where to begin. You're a good teacher and set a fine example. 😀
Thank you 😊 yes that's the thought I had...it wasn't too daunting but I new it would look smarter and most people don't know where to begin...glad I done it now 😊
Hi Lee, I think considering the condition of that Garden you did a fantastic job.. The border at the back made a big difference, and the laurel tree reduction was really good... Say this again that chipper is incredible, The front was very poor, but you transformed it into a presentable, and tidy for the landlord.... Great work as always, your standards are very high, and I sometimes get that feeling you won't let go until your mind is settled.... Excellent video😊
Nice job looks great i do the same work here in Australia I put a wool bale bag in the bin fill it with chip when it full I wheel it to my trailer pull the wool bale out of the bin and put another wool bale bag in the bin and go again saves having to cart more than one wheelie bin around with saving space love your work
@@LHLgardenservices Me too my new hrx wouldn't start I bought it last September and got it out this week to do a lawn and it wouldn't start I just wanted to cry, I took it back to the local dealer and it was just a sticky choke back up and running in seconds. I will get a purpose mulcher like your one maybe mid season for hedge trimming. Ps I found out why to buy gear local when possible as it's only a short journey if anything goes wrong and under warranty
Oh WOW! Lee first time i have disagreed with you BUT..... You are so wrong this is exactly the sort of video that people need to see ie; People who its their first home or who have never had a garden before etc Lee your video was brilliant really showing what can be achieved, how to do it & most importantly shows the total difference that can be made to not only the garden but the property as well. I know your standard is VERY HIGH & newbie gardeners wont achieve the level you do but it does show sooooo many "target markets" what can be achieved. Well done Lee brilliant video thanks for sharing😃
Well you don't have to disagree with me 😊 because that's one of the reasons I thought I'd make it. To show that a ' normal' untidy garden ( not a jungle) can be transformed with a little tlc.thank you as always 🥰
Great work Lee The point you made about the chipper and moving waste twice is the exact same reason I do that The noise would piss the neighbours off they are loud so very sensible Keep up the great work mate
Thanks for filming this yard. The back yard looks fresh and ready for the new renters to do something with it. You did a fabulous job on the ugly stupid useless front yard. What a waste of space. I think the owner is a penny pincher.
I do love mulching ive 2 mowers now that mulch Hrx537 and 466 spek both Honda looking at the Hayter 46 pro next then sorted for the season. One more investment may be The Rock Chipper B&S 420 seems okay
Yes probably could....im not a fan as the times I've tried one I found it didn't kill the roots and used lots of gas....im no expert using one so it's just my opinion but I'm willing to have another go...although I think this job would have been too wet 👍
You did a great job Lee. But for the front get them a gallon full of if vinigar, 10 pounds of washing soda , sprinkle the fucking stones with it and if that doesn't work, tell the landlord to put concrete on and paint green😉🤣
while landlords are usually stingy, maintaining the garden isn't really their job, a lot of tenants are such sausages, ignoring their surrounding and letting it crumble... Gardening is like exercise for the soul. "Zen Garden" to use the term.
Agreed 💯....the tenants are supposed to look after the gardens BUT THEY DONT (well most)...and then landlords have to put it right before a new tenant...and THAT is where the problem lies....COST 🤷♂️
Great job has always can you please give me your experience on a job I have coming up. They have had a flood defence wall built and it has left stone in the lawn which now I have got to get out other than raking it out his there any other tips cheers nick.
That gravel just doesn’t work. Cheapo alternative to block paving. I see a few driveways near me where gravel has been laid and they are all choked with weeds. Good job raking it all but hard work.

There’s something so satisfying about watching a huge waste pile compact down into a bin. Great video mate, glad you filmed it for us.
Thank you 😊

Ain't that the truth 👍
Lovely job Lee. I bet the landlords were very happy with your work. I think always your work is excellent.5 Star's.

Top job mucker, you know what it's like in our game, a easy tidy-up turns into a bloody nightmare sometimes.
