I think what Daz was alluding to is the fact that Hooter's waitresses are actually classified as models who also serve, so it's not illegal to discriminate against them based on their looks in their employment contract. You can get fired for getting out of shape or not looking nice. But I mean, you took the job at Hooters for a damn reason, you can be a waitress anywhere else. You are using your body for your benefit, and there's nothing wrong with that. But don't complain that you're being judged on it.

I've only been to a few live standup shows and only one semi-big name comic (John Caparulo), and he told a joke that made me laugh so fucking hard I thought I was going to die from oxygen deprivation from laughing so hard. He did a bit about travel and planes and how they always seem to make you wait ON the plane when they're fixing shit instead of in the airport. And he's like, "Yeah so I'm sitting here at it's been like an hour, and I'm sick of doin nothing so I get out my phone, start fuckin around on it, using cellular data, and the flight attendant sees me, and I know she knows I'm using data, and she comes over and is like 'Sir, your phone is supposed to be in airplane mode' and I was like, 'Well you know what ELSE is supposed to in airplane mode? The FUCKING AIRPLANE! And I know it's not because I'm still sitting on the fucking ground." I about legitimately pissed myself laughing at that in the live setting.
