আমরা অনেকেই অথবা আমাদের মা বাবাদের মাঝে অনেকেই উচ্চরক্তচাপে আক্রান্ত। নিয়ন্ত্রনে থাকলে দুশ্চিন্তার কিছু নেই কিন্তু অনিয়ন্ত্রিত হলে হতে পারে জীবনের জন্য হুমকি।

rule out stroke
if suspicious of stroke get CT head immediately
Get ECG to rule out ACS
Blood test to order: S Creatinine , troponin , electrolytes , BNP
Get chest Xray to rule out heart failure
do not reduce BP less than 30% in first few hours

Full time graduate student sathe research assistant hisebe job ar usmle er pora abr household chores ar sathe amr personal life er onek onek baje dhoroner problem sob miliye majhe majhe khub overwhelmed hoe jai. Apnar video gula onek positive energy dei tokhon. Mone hoi erokom life e to ami chai. Although I am learning
various skills from my MPH for sure but I dont feel like I belong there. I yearn for being a clinician here in the US. Keep making this type of video to inspire us.
