🔆 The Mystery of ENOCH / METATRON - 1º Episode by Ruth Percowicz

🔅🕎 In Hebrew Kabbalah, Enoch is a mysterious and archetypal character who deserves to be studied in depth and from several simultaneous sources.
The Torah mentions Enoch only once, and Metatron not even once, a name that is given to him after becoming "missing", leaving the description of Enoch´s journey (already Metatron) through the heavens in the hands of the apocryphal or Hekalotic literature (of the Palaces) .
Several Kabbalists have elaborated the meaning of the story of Enoch, mentioned in Genesis, speculating about his life and his disappearance. Texts such as the Zohar and secretive mystical groups such as the Chasidei Ashkenaz have dealt with solving the enigmas raised by this story, leading to questions about the existence (or not) of extra-terrestrial beings that could be angels.
