Many get offended but none take responsibility for their own and generate social awareness of how common citizen should behave and treat public property. In a matter of 1 month this train will be transformed into the lowest standards of travel by its passengers. Its problem with mindset of people who feel that what's wrong if I throw the trash anywhere in the train or I spit tobacco on the windows, It's not my problem its someone else's problem.
